Solar display for Huawei solar monitoring
Huawei offers the Huawei Smart Logger for monitoring photovoltaic systems. This enables the monitoring of up to 80 inverters. The data logger transmits the data to Huawei's NetEco portal. Yielded evaluations and status reports can be accessed at any time via the portal.
For the transfer of the yielded data you need your own FTP server account that Solarfox can access. If you do not have one, it can be provided by Solarfox during display registration.
If one of the following Huawei portals is used, a data request can also be made via API:

Configuration
The configuration of the Huawei SmartLogger 1000, 2000, 3000 for FTP upload is described in the maual in section 7 (Setting FTP Paramaters).

If you do not have an FTP server, you can order your own FTP server account in the Solarfox® shop for a small one-time activation fee.

Communication between Huawei and Solarfox display
- The photovoltaic system generates direct current.
- The Huawei inverter converts solar energy into alternating current.
- The yielded information is transmitted directly from the Huawei inverters to the Huawei NetEco monitoring portal on the Internet.
- The yielded information can either be transferred to an own FTP server or to a Solarfox FTP server as a CSV file .

https://sg5.fusionsolar.huawei.com - After a Solarfox online account has been created, the Solarfox® web server accesses the data and generates a slideshow which you can configure individually via web browser.
- The Solarfox® display accesses the data of the Solarfox web server via the Internet and displays the data in a slideshow as a visually appealing way. To do this, the display only needs to retrieve data via the Internet through port 80.
Huawei solar monitoring and combination with other systems
The Solarfox system is not only compatible with Huawei, but also with numerous other solar monitoring systems and can visualize several systems from different manufacturers.
